This Christmas I want to do something different. I have to email my Chrisnice friends about this. Instead of giving me presents I want, all I am asking are giftcards to grocery stores. I am going to prepare Christmas care box for the homeless with essentials includedIt is going to be a kind of "Pay it Forward" that some students at GWC started last year. I do not know the exact things I will put but it will be for sure a water bottle, tooth brush, tooth paste and soap.
Oh and a group of us started a scarf project last year at GWC. The whole idea of the scarf project was to bring warmth to the homeless people without spending too much money. It kept them warm and they were very thankful. I also will be included the red scarves in the care box.
If you can think of anything else the homeless people need, let me know. Remember they all have to fit inside a shoe box! Oh and if you have shoe boxes that would be great!
Here is some pictures from Thanksgiving and a new ring I bought! My camera died by the time it was dinner, so all i have are afternoon pics. Oh! And Diamond Head (aka Leahi) is green, well kinda.
